How long is the demo, really?

15 minutes — that's it. We log in to a live studio account, walk through the few features that move the needle for a dance or gymnastics business, and answer any questions. If you want to keep going we will, but the meeting is scheduled for 15.

We use Jackrabbit / iClassPro / DanceStudio-Pro / Mindbody. How painful is switching?

We do the migration for you. Student records, family records, enrollment history, recurring tuition plans, sibling discounts, and stored payment methods all come over in 2–3 business days. Parents won't lose their stored cards, autopay won't break, and class schedules stay intact. The most common feedback after migration is "honestly easier than I thought."

What happens to our existing waivers and parent records?

Existing signed waivers get imported as PDFs attached to each family's record. Going forward, new families sign digitally at enrollment and the waiver is stored automatically. You'll never dig through a paper binder for a release form again.

How much does the platform cost?

Pricing is custom to each studio. We size it to your enrollment, your in-person payment volume, and whether you want the Website Program added in. We'll walk through it on the demo so the number matches your actual situation — no one-size-fits-all quote.

What if it's not the right fit?
